Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bd178 ("bd178", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bd178 online gaming platform, including all products, services, games, and features available at bd178.pro. • 1.3Single Account
  Each individual may maintain only one registered account on bd178. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or through proxies, is a serious breach of these Terms. bd178 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to confiscate all associated balances, including any bonuses awarded to duplicate accounts.

2. Accounts

Your bd178 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.

• 2.1Account Security
  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bd178 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd178 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• 2.2KYC Verification
  bd178 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires submission of a valid National ID (NID) card and may also require proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bd178 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.
• 2.3Account Closure by Player
  You may request closure of your bd178 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method after deducting any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

  bd178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, breach of these Terms, suspected collusion, bonus abuse, or provision of false information. In cases of confirmed fraud, all funds in the account may be confiscated.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bd178 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd178 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• 3.1Deposit Limits
  The minimum deposit on bd178 is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but players are encouraged to use the voluntary deposit limit tools available in the account settings to manage their spending. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3.2Withdrawal Processing
  The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. bd178 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• 3.3Payment Methods

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bd178 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms.

• 4.1Wagering Requirements
  All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 20x) applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period stated at the time of the offer; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• 4.2Bonus Eligibility

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

• 5.1Bet Acceptance and Settlement
  All bets are accepted subject to the applicable odds or game rules at the time of placement. bd178 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where technical errors have affected the integrity of the market. Cricket and sports bet settlements are based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL governing council).
• 5.2Malfunctions
  In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the platform, bd178 reserves the right to void affected game rounds or betting markets and to refund stakes to the affected players' accounts. bd178 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• 5.3In-Play Betting
  In-play (live) betting markets on cricket and other sports are available during active matches. Odds on live markets are updated continuously. bd178 may suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of exceptional market movement or when official data feeds are temporarily unavailable.

6. Responsible Gaming

bd178 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players.

• 6.1Player Protection Tools
  bd178 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via the account settings page: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in BDT; (b) Session Time-Out — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out; (c) Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• 6.2Minor Protection
  bd178 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. If you share a device with minors, we strongly recommend using parental control software to restrict access to online gaming sites. If bd178 has reason to believe that a minor has accessed the platform, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to place bets or interact with bd178's platform without direct human input is strictly prohibited. bd178 uses automated detection systems to identify non-human activity and reserves the right to void all bets placed by automated means.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd178 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; service interruption; or losses arising from reliance on information provided on the platform. bd178's platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. bd178's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bd178 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments to These Terms

bd178 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the platform with the updated effective date. Where changes are material, bd178 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
